Account Coordinator – CRM & Strategy 

 

Join us as an Account Coordinator to help develop and grow the relationships with some of Australia’s biggest brands, helping them create customers for life. Be the link between the client and our team of specialists, coordinating CRM marketing activities and customer insights for clients, working with strategy managers to ensure the successful delivery of client strategy and outcome. You’ll be comfortable in detail, but always looking to develop the client engagement and relationship.

 

What you’ll be doing 

  • Think creatively and strategically on the best ways to keep and grow customers
  • Help to identify, strategise, and commercialise customer program, campaign, and insight opportunities
  • Assist the strategy managers in developing new business opportunities within our clients
  • Leverage customer behaviour insights and data to help advise, refine and evolve customer journeys, touchpoints, campaigns and programs
  • Help prepare detailed proposals, agreements, estimates, reports and invoices for accounts
  • Participate in the discovery, strategy, and requirement gathering for initiatives
  • Help capture the business needs and deliver both client-facing and internal documents such as campaign briefs and other supporting documents
  • Manage client expectations and help coordinate the deliverables with the project team
  • Interstate and local travel may be required from time to time (as COVID permits, and in the meantime be an awesome Zoom meeting facilitator)

Who we’re looking for

  • An understanding of business and marketing to be able to help develop CRM strategies for clients
  • Demonstrated experience in providing exceptional service, ideally in a marketing agency role
  • People person, build relationships across a diverse client base and the internal team
  • Be across the detail, we love big ideas but you’ll need to be back it up with critical thinking
  • Directly applicable experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, loyalty programs, marketing automation, marketing analytics, direct and digital marketing will be highly regarded
  • Relevant education in business/marketing is highly regarded but not essential if you have demonstrated relevant experience

Tableau Developer/Data Analyst

 

Join us as a Tableau Developer to act as the Tableau subject matter expert to help our clients understand their customers and business through data insights and visualization. Use your analytical, data visualisation, and technical skills to communicate data insights that reveal customer behaviours, marketing performance, and business metrics.

 

About the role

  • Use Tableau and SQL to analysis and answer data questions, create reporting and insights
  • Create business intelligence (BI) reporting and interactive data visualisation dashboards
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure the data warehouse meets analysis/reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with strategy managers and clients to ensure the brief and requirements are achievable
  • Use transactional, other behavioural and demographic data to create segmentation models for tactical (target audience selection) and strategic purposes, with a particular focus on customer retention and growth

About you

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills using SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sources.
  • Experience with Tableau to communicate data insights in an aesthetic and functional visualisation
  • Hands-on experience in a BI reporting and data visualization related function
  • The ability to work on multiple streams with multiple clients
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, and sound organisational skills
  • Strong and confident verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comprehension of both technical and business language
  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly regarded

Data Analyst

 

Join us as a Data Analyst to help our clients understand their customers and business through data insights. Then use these insights to help develop strategies and solutions which create customers for life. Use your analytical, critical thinking, and technical skills to analyse data to identify customer behaviours, help develop the customer journey, marketing automation, customer communication programs, and present actionable insights.

 

About the role

  • Use SQL to solve data problems and answer data questions across a wide range of issues and clients
  • Use Tableau to create business intelligence (BI) reporting and interactive data visualisation dashboards
  • Drive the data side of the campaign and customer journey development process from requirements, prospect segmentation and selection through to quality control, measurement and ongoing optimisation
  • Provide analytical support and recommendations to enhance campaign and program effectiveness, and to inform strategic, tactical and operational decisions
  • Liaise with data engineers to ensure the data warehouse meets campaign and analysis/reporting requirements
  • Liaise with strategy and campaign managers to ensure the brief and creative requirements can be met and that appropriate A/B (Split) testing and/or control groups are implemented for statistical success reporting models.
  • Use transactional, other behavioural and demographic data to create segmentation models for tactical (target audience selection) and strategic purposes, with a particular focus on customer retention and growth
  • Play a role in driving strategic customer program initiatives & campaigns, and identifying customer retention and growth opportunities

About you

  • Demonstrable problem-solving skills using SQL for data extraction, manipulation and analysis
  • The ability to analyse, interpret and communicate insights drawn from multiple data sources.
  • Experience with Tableau to communicate data insights in an aesthetic and functional visualisation
  • Hands-on experience in a data-related function. Directly applicable experience (Campaign, Insights, BI Analyst, or Statistical Modeller) highly regarded but not essential
  • Working knowledge of digital marketing technologies, experience with email marketing, marketing automation, and digital analytics platforms is ideal
  • The ability to work on multiple streams with multiple clients
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, and sound organisational skills
  • Strong and confident verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Comprehension of both technical and business language
  • Tertiary education in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics is highly regarded
